Update: July 2019

The Burbury Lane team are pleased to report that the final development stage is well underway as of July, with stormwater drains going in now, soon to be followed by all other services, roading and footpaths. The finishing touches will be more landscaping around the top entry to Burbury Lane, and further planting in the reserve areas.

We’ve regrassed all the flat sections (see recent photos below) which is keeping the Pukekos happy and well fed, and we are keeping the hillside sections nice and trimmed so it’s easy for people to see their contours. The one exception to this is lot 12, which is currently being used to store excess topsoil, which we will remove as soon as possible.

This final stage is expected to be largely complete within the next three months, so it looks like the marketing campaign will be well-timed for late Spring, and buyers could potentially imagine being in their new home by Christmas 2020!

If anyone is interested in progressing prior to the marketing campaign, we strongly recommend you make contact with Fiona Harper at Bayleys. There is now a long list of interested parties and one section is under contract for a couple who just couldn’t wait to start designing their new home. Development covenants have also been finalised, and geotechnical reports are available on request for Lots 4-11.
